After years of NOM battling the LGBT lobby, it now appears that they have abandoned (for now) their signature legislative proposal, the legislation we call the InEquality Act.
NOM has led the fight against this legislation because it would impose vast elements of the radical LGBT agenda, especially policies related to “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”
This is a great victory made possible because of your support for our work. As I discuss below, however, we have more work ahead and need your generous financial support at this time.
We are in the midst of our crucial 2023 Spring Membership Drive and need your help now. Thanks to some faithful supporters, a $100,000 matching gift fund has been created to encourage NOM supporters to donate.

Homosexual and transgender lobby groups appear to be switching their attention to a new legislative proposal they call the “Transgender Bill of Rights.”
This is sweeping legislation that calls on the federal government to make profoundly damaging changes in numerous areas of federal law including public accommodations, education, health care, civil rights, employment, credit, and many other areas.
On top of all that, the legislation also calls for the codification of Roe v Wade on a national basis, thus once again imposing abortion on the nation.
We will have more to say about this new threat in the coming days but suffice it to say that it would radically alter both law and culture should it ever become law. Over 100 House Democrats have already signed on as co-sponsors of the legislative proposal.
As we demonstrated with our successful, years-long fight to defeat the InEquality Act, it takes strength and perseverance to prevail against the LGBT lobby.
We do not have near the financial resources of our opponents. As a grassroots group, NOM depends on financial support from individuals and families to fight for our beliefs and values.
